Returns & Delivery Policy

Delivery

We currently deliver within The Gambia. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 1–2 business days depending on your location. You will be contacted via WhatsApp or phone once your order is ready for delivery.

Returns

We want you to love your GAM-LUX purchase. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp or email before sending any items back. Items returned without prior contact will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or style, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
